Cancellation

Overview

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled by Fresh Budgets, LLC (“Fresh Budgets,” “Company,” “We,” or “Us”).

Each user may have access to multiple Fresh Budget accounts. Each account may have its own subscription. The accounts and subscriptions are managed separately.

All subscriptions and payments are managed in Stripe. Links to the Stripe billing portal can be found in Admin > Billing using the main navigation in the Application.

Cancellation

When you start your free trial, we don’t ask for payment information. So, there’s typically nothing to cancel. You can simply let the trial expire.

That is, unless you chose to subscribe during the trial, then you’ll need to cancel your upcoming subscription so you’re not charged at the end.

Only the admins of each Fresh Budgets account may manage subscriptions. Any admin may cancel the account’s subscription at any time.

There are 3 ways you can cancel:

  • follow the links in Admin > Billing that take you to the Stripe billing portal. Then click the link to cancel your subscription.
  • Contact us at support@freshbudgets.com.
  • Chat with us using the chat button at the bottom right hand corner of the page.

Cancellations will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period. If you cancel in the middle of a subscription period, you will be able to continue to access and use the Application until the end of your subscription period.

Upon cancellation taking effect, all retrieval of financial accounts and transactions will cease immediately. All cancelled will be kept for at least thirty (30) days, but then may be permanently deleted.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds or credits for any cancellations or partial subscription period.
